Thanks for the feedback. Each framework allows some optimizations, it would be too bad to not use them properly. This is why I try to show that for Koin.

I take your point on the startup time, where we could perhaps rely more on the Marcrobenchmark framework. Otherwise, it will be tricky to do it manually.
